Tarihya McClain is a dedicated attorney based in St. Louis, Missouri. She holds a Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Missouri.
Tarihya began her career in civil defense litigation, where she represented insurance companies and worked to protect the interests of their insureds. However, her perspective shifted dramatically when her mother fell ill. This personal experience illuminated the complexities of the medical and legal systems, revealing the challenges that sick and incapacitated individuals, along with their families, often face.
Motivated by her family's journey, Tarihya recognized a pressing need for education and advocacy in estate planning and the resources available to those caring for elderly, ill, or deceased loved ones. In January 2025, she founded McClain Law LLC with a mission to empower individuals and families by providing the essential knowledge and tools needed to protect their assets and plan for the future.
